Job Overview

The Administrative Officer ensures smooth clinic operations by managing client registration, appointments, and daily service schedules. The role includes performing reception and administrative duties, maintaining a service-oriented environment, and supporting clinic logistics such as inventory and procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register clients, manage service queues.
  • Maintain a friendly, stigma-free clinic environment.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks including inventory, procurement, and other assigned duties.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Public Health preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years in administration, receptionist, or similar roles.
  • Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Friendly personality with a service-minded attitude.
