Job Overview

The Corporate Services Analyst will provide technical and operational support to implement ADB’s corporate service requirements in the field. Based in the Thailand Resident Mission, the role involves research, data analysis, administrative management, reporting, and coordination with HQ and local teams. The position ensures smooth operational support for facilities, IT, procurement, organizational resilience, and other corporate services in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement CSD’s global corporate service requirements at the field level.
  • Support preparation of team workplans and inputs for Work Program and Budget Framework.
  • Manage administrative activities and consolidate information for HQ and field offices.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare analytical or ad-hoc reports.
  • Serve as the main liaison between HQ, field finance and admin teams, and business units.
  • Administer personnel activities for TRM-based CSD staff, including onboarding, team-building, training, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, mission travel, and site visits.
  • Maintain databases, project documentation, and records accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in the work plan.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in office administration, documentation, or corporate services.
  • Experience in international organizations or multinational corporations preferred.
  • Familiarity with operational and administrative procedures and workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
