Job Overview

Position Title: Administrative and Finance Officer (Junior Level)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 08:30 – 17:00)

Salary Range: 20,000 – 25,000 THB/month (based on qualifications)

Contract Duration: 1-year full-time contract (including a 3-month probation period), with the possibility of extension

Work Location: True Digital Park, near BTS Punnawithi Station

Responsibilities

Financial Tasks:

  • Handle all financial transactions, including processing payments and receipts
  • Record and manage financial data using QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare financial reports and compile necessary supporting documents for donors and auditors (e.g., staff records, contracts)

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage visa and work permit processes for international staff
  • Submit tax documentation and Social Security Fund contributions for staff
  • Oversee general office operations, logistics, and procurement
  • Prepare and manage legal documents and government reporting requirements
  • Maintain office inventory, including equipment, laptops, vehicles, and supplies
  • Provide general support for international staff, including accommodation-related matters

Qualification

  • Thai nationality
  • Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online (advantageous)
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in multicultural and diverse team environments
