Reproductive Health & Right Training Coordinator

Job Overview

BCMF is seeking a Reproductive Health & Rights (RHR) Training Coordinator to lead the RHR Project under its Outreach Services Program. The coordinator will organize and conduct workshops on reproductive health, child protection, and child rights, and will support reporting, monitoring, and evaluation efforts. This role requires frequent travel to project areas in Thailand and Burma.

Responsibilities

Primary Tasks:

  • Develop and update training materials and manuals
  • Plan and manage reproductive health and rights workshops in Thailand and Burma
  • Facilitate sessions for staff and local interns
  • Conduct follow-up sessions for monitoring and evaluation
  • Promote workshops to partners and identify beneficiaries
  • Maintain inventory and prepare workshop materials
  • Write internal and donor reports related to RHR and child protection

Secondary Tasks:

  • Support other outreach projects (e.g., Eye Screening, Wheelchair)
  • Help draft Facebook posts for outreach events
  • Input data and update inventories for outreach projects
  • Conduct annual Child Protection & Child Rights workshops for staff
  • Report child protection concerns to relevant partners

General Tasks:

  • Conduct and translate patient interviews
  • Support field projects in Thailand and Burma as needed

Qualification

  • Fluent in Karen and Burmese; working knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Thai or other ethnic languages is a plus
  • Background in medical or public health
  • Strong understanding of reproductive healthchild rightsgender equity, and inclusion
  • Proven experience in facilitationproject coordination, and community engagement
  • Comfortable working independently and across cultures
  • Legally able to work in Thailand
  • Willing to travel frequently
