Community Partners International (CPI)

Job Overview

CPI is hiring a Research Officer to support community-based research activities across regional programs. This role involves administrative, logistical, and financial coordination of research projects and stakeholder engagement. Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative, logistical, and financial tasks for research projects.
  • Support ethical review processes and handle internal/external communications.
  • Assist with consultant contracts, travel arrangements, and workshop planning.
  • Manage project documentation and collaborate with project leads.

Qualification

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • NGO experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Burmese (preferred) or Thai.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Service-minded and detail-oriented.
