RECOFTC is an international nonprofit organization with nearly 40 years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific region. It focuses on empowering local communities to manage forest landscapes sustainably and equitably, while addressing climate change, deforestation, and inequality. RECOFTC collaborates with diverse stakeholders including governments, communities, private sectors, and academia, and currently operates in Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Viet Nam.
The position is part of RECOFTC’s collaboration with the Wyss Academy for Nature, a Swiss foundation promoting sustainable development pathways by integrating science, stakeholder engagement, and innovation.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Officer will support the RECOFTC–Wyss Academy collaboration by developing innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives that generate sustainable solutions and co-benefits for people and nature. The role focuses on product development, social enterprise incubation, business partnerships, and capacity-building for local stakeholders.
