Job Overview

JICA Thailand is seeking a motivated In-house Consultant for a fixed-term role to support the management and enhancement of its long-term Knowledge Co-Creation Program (KCCP). The role involves database management, alumni engagement, PR material development, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and manage the KCCP database to ensure it is updated, user-friendly, and secure.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather feedback from current and former KCCP participants.
  • Analyze data to develop recommendations for program improvement and alumni engagement.
  • Research KCCP-related initiatives in other countries and suggest ideas for local implementation.
  • Organize online and on-site gatherings for KCCP participants and alumni.
  • Develop PR materials such as newsletters and brochures to promote KCCP.
  • Support the full process of KCCP scholarship administration, including contacting candidates and assisting with visa applications.
  • Monitor and follow up with current participants in Japan.
  • Contribute to JICA’s PR efforts including event planning and material procurement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.

Qualification

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
  • Experience in data management and database creation is a plus
  • High interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with alumni associations is an advantage
