Job Overview

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policy development. This role is critical in supporting staff welfare and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, employment testing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (payroll, leave, turnover, etc.) in both paper and online systems.
  • Coordinate with departments to update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Prepare monthly payroll in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Support internal HR audits and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
  • Oversee performance reviews: probationary, periodic, and annual appraisals.
  • Organize HR policy orientation sessions and induction programs for new hires.
  • Monitor staff well-being, health, and safety; respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Regularly update HR policies and maintain current staff contact lists.

Qualification

Required:

  • Myanmar nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree and HR-related diploma.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in challenging or sensitive environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and willing to work extended hours when needed.
