ADPC works with governments, donors, and development partners to implement innovative, sustainable, and locally-driven solutions in disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation.
ADPC seeks a National Climate Finance Specialist to support Nepal’s efforts in aligning water, energy, irrigation, hydrology, and meteorology sector strategies with its Nationally Determined Contribution Implementation Plan (NDCIP) and National Adaptation Plan (NAP). The consultant will analyze climate finance systems, develop financial strategies and instruments, and enhance institutional capacities for climate-resilient budgeting and planning.
