Dreamlopments (DLP) Social Enterprise and Foundation, established in 2015, is a non-profit mission-driven organization in Thailand dedicated to aid and development for underserved communities. DLP implements the Migrant Fund (M-FUND), a low-cost, non-profit health access program for migrants in Thailand without government health insurance coverage. Since starting in Tak province in 2017, the project has expanded to Sakaeo, Kanchanaburi, Chiang Rai, Ubon Ratchathani, Trat, Chiang Mai, and Mae Hong Son provinces.

Job Overview

The Field Administrative Officer (FAO) supports the M-FUND project in Mae Hong Son, working under the Project Officer and Project Manager. This role covers administrative management, accounting, procurement, logistics, and coordination with partners, requiring regular travel within Mae Hong Son province.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record payments, manage invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
  • Support recruitment processes, visas, work permits, and maintain HR records.
  • Organize and maintain project and organizational documentation.
  • Manage procurement, vendor selection, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements for staff and partners.
  • Prepare official letters and presentations for project activities.
  • Perform other administrative and logistical tasks as assigned.

Qualification

  • Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in administration, finance, or related areas.
  • Experience with NGOs, donor-funded projects, and government health offices preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting practices.
  • Flexible, service-minded, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
