The Consultant will assess the current collaboration between the Thai government and CSOs in providing protection services to victims of trafficking. The role involves identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities to establish an effective and sustainable cooperation framework, aligning with international protection standards. The Consultant will deliver an inception report, draft assessment, and a final report with recommendations.
