Job Overview

The Human Resources and Administration Assistant will provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to the IFRC Country Cluster Delegation in Bangkok. Reporting to the Admin Officer and working closely with the HR Officer and Head of Country Cluster Delegation (HoCCD), the role ensures smooth HR processes, administrative operations, and effective support for management activities. The position also requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training tracking, insurance, tax submissions, visas, and staff engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR records, contact lists, and organizational charts.
  • Assist with inventory checks, logistics, procurement, and event organization.
  • Provide travel, scheduling, and administrative support to the Head of Country Cluster Delegation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and proper archiving of documents.
