The Data Collection Analyst will support UNEP’s work with National Ozone Units across 13 Pacific Island Countries (PICs). The consultant will lead data collection and analysis of controlled substances under the Montreal Protocol, assess national policies and infrastructure, and identify implementation challenges. The role involves preparing detailed country reports to guide sustainable management of controlled substances.
