The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), established in 1999, leads global efforts to reduce disaster risks and implement the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030. The Project Coordinator will manage and oversee a regional project on disaster risk communication and early warning systems in Southeast Asia, funded by the European Union (DG ECHO). The role focuses on strengthening inclusive and accessible early warning systems in Thailand, Cambodia, and Lao PDR, with emphasis on women, girls, and persons with disabilities. The coordinator will liaise with governments, local authorities, civil society, and media partners to ensure effective delivery and sustainability of the project.
