Job Overview

The Office Administrator will support Child’s Dream’s Finance and Administration team in Mae Sot by managing legal and administrative tasks. The role primarily focuses on visa and work permit processing, legal compliance, tax and social security matters, and office operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong cross-cultural communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage visa and work permit processes (preparation, renewal, cancellation) for foreign staff and volunteers.
  • Support yearly income tax filing and handle social security registrations for foreigners.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai laws for office operations and projects.
  • Prepare and process legal documents; liaise with government entities, including for construction projects.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and office functions.
  • Oversee car fleet management, insurance, and road tax.
  • Organize and manage reports, invoices, contracts, and financial records.
  • Supervise inventory and procurement within budget.
  • Maintain relationships with labor, immigration, and other government offices.
  • Coordinate with Child’s Dream’s Regional HR and Administration Department.
  • Handle other administrative and legal tasks as required.

Qualification

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of visa/work permit processes, Thai labor law, social security, and income tax.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Service-minded with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office, email).
  • Native Thai speaker with advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to drive a car and travel as required.
