Equality Myanmar (EQMM) is a leading human rights organization working to promote and protect human rights in Myanmar. EQMM provides human rights education, documents human rights violations, engages in advocacy, and supports vulnerable communities. Originally based in Thailand, the organization transitioned to operate inside Myanmar in 2013. Since the 2021 military coup, EQMM has shifted its activities to mainly online operations, with some in-person work along the Thailand-Myanmar and India-Myanmar border areas.
Equality Myanmar is looking for a qualified consultant to lead the research and development of a thematic report on conflict-related sexual violence in Myanmar. The consultant will analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, conduct open-source investigations, contribute to advocacy efforts, and strengthen the research skills of EQMM’s documentation team.
