Save the Children Thailand is seeking a qualified consultant (or team) to conduct the Final Evaluation of the HEARTS II Project (2023–2025). The project promotes the protection and inclusion of children and youth with diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC) in Thailand. The evaluation will assess achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and impacts against baseline benchmarks, providing evidence-based recommendations for government, partners, and future program strategies.
