The Consultant (Ship to Shore) will support the EU-funded “Ship to Shore Rights in South-East Asia: Safe Migration for Decent Work in the Blue Economy” project, implemented with ILO and FAO. The role focuses on assessing accessibility, availability, and responsiveness of gender-responsive protection services for male victims of trafficking in Thailand. The consultant will provide recommendations to strengthen policy frameworks and the implementation of the National Referral Mechanism for the Protection and Assistance of Trafficking Survivors.
