Diakonia is seeking an experienced consultant or team to conduct a Mid-term Review of the Building Organisations and Local actors Dialogue (for) Policy – B.O.L.D.-Policy project, co-implemented with local partners in Thailand and funded by the European Union. The review will assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes of the project, covering January 2024 – November 2025. The findings will inform improvements, provide lessons learned, and support future planning for CSO capacity building, policy dialogue, and rights-based advocacy.
