Job Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience in consulting, project management, and sustainability, particularly in food waste prevention. You will work closely with the LightBlue Consulting and The Pledge teams, gaining skills to support clients in implementing sustainable practices and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in implementing food waste monitoring systems and provide onsite assistance
  • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions to clients
  • Assist in business development tasks, including researching grants and relevant events
  • Help plan, execute, and follow up on projects based on client needs
  • Prepare customized reports with recommendations and present findings to management
  • Manage client communications and update CRM systems regularly

Qualification

  • Currently studying Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related fields
  • Fluent in English (minimum TOEIC 750); Chinese language skills are a plus
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, responsible, fast learner with a good sense of humor
  • Previous internship or experience in hospitality or consulting is advantageous
