The Center for Asylum Protection (CAP) is part of the People Serving People Foundation (PSPF), a Thai nonprofit organization committed to promoting human rights, supporting vulnerable populations, and strengthening civil society across the ASEAN region. CAP provides free legal aid to urban asylum seekers and refugees in Bangkok.
CAP is seeking a full-time Legal Advisor to support asylum seekers and refugees through the Refugee Status Determination (RSD) process and explore durable legal solutions. The role involves direct legal support, client advocacy, and collaboration with partner organizations.
