IOM Thailand is seeking a highly experienced National Consultant to develop a comprehensive and standardized training manual and modules for Thai law enforcement agencies. The focus will be on enhancing skills in document verification, victim identification, and addressing trafficking in persons (TIP) and migrant smuggling, while integrating gender-sensitive and human rights-based approaches. This role supports the project “Enhancing the Capacity of Thailand to Combat Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants Through Enhanced Border Management (2024-2026)”, funded by the Government of Canada.
