The consultant will design and deliver a comprehensive training manual and modules to strengthen Thai law enforcement’s capacity to investigate trafficking in persons (TIP) linked to cybercrime. This includes integrating gender-sensitive and human rights-based approaches, aligning with international and national legal frameworks, and delivering pilot training to enhance skills in cybercrime investigation, digital intelligence, and victim protection.
