BEAM Education Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Established in 2010, BEAM provides education, vocational training, and leadership development for marginalized and migrant youth from Thailand and Myanmar. With over 100,000 youth supported through more than 30 sub-projects under 6 major programs, BEAM continues to expand its impact in the region.
The Program Associate will support program implementation by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in communication between program and operational teams. The position plays a key role in ensuring that project activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet organizational goals.
