The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is one of the world’s leading humanitarian organizations, founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein. In Thailand, IRC has been supporting displaced populations since 1975, delivering vital services across health, protection, and empowerment sectors, including refugees along the Thai-Myanmar border.
IRC is seeking a Program Evaluation Consultant to conduct an end-of-project outcome evaluation for a multi-year protection and wellbeing project supporting displaced populations from Myanmar. The consultancy will run from 1 September to 31 October 2025 (45 working days). The consultant will assess project outcomes, analyze effectiveness, and provide recommendations for future program design.
