Job Overview

The Project & Admin Support Intern will assist in both project implementation and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating field activities, supporting logistics, handling administrative and financial documentation, and working closely with project teams, schools, communities, and partners. Occasional travel to project sites (e.g., Chiang Rai, Tak) may be required, with expenses covered by the organization.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation Support

  • Assist in organizing field activities, workshops, and events.
  • Coordinate with schools, communities, and local partners.
  • Collect data, supporting documents, and activity photos from project sites.
  • Take meeting minutes when required.
  • Support logistics during field visits.

Administrative & Finance Support

  • Prepare supporting documents for financial disbursements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations and price comparisons.
  • Maintain administrative and legal documents.
  • Assist in preparing government and donor reports.
  • Manage inventory and office supplies.

Other Tasks

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor related to project coordination and operations.

Qualification

  • Thai nationality.
  • Senior university student or recent graduate.
  • Proficient in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Interest in development, nonprofit, or education sectors.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites occasionally.
