Job Overview

This position supports the growth of the mid-value donor programme in Thailand, engaging individuals who contribute between $1,000 and $10,000 annually. The goal is to build strong donor relationships, increase revenue, and transition eligible donors to major donor programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a mid-value donor strategy.
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-value donors.
  • Identify and upgrade donors from lower tiers to mid-level.
  • Coordinate with the major donor team to transition qualified donors.
  • Execute personalized donor communication via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate on campaign creation for donor engagement.
  • Track KPIs, analyze giving trends, and generate reports.
  • Maintain data integrity in the donor database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Support fundraising events and donor recognition activities.

Qualification

  • Strong copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in donor/customer development or direct marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience with donor databases and reporting.
  • Familiarity with direct mail, telemarketing, and email fundraising (desirable).
  • Knowledge of donor segmentation and training (desirable).
