Education for Friendship Foundation (EFF) is committed to supporting migrant and disadvantaged youth in Mae Sot, Thailand, by providing quality education and holistic development. Through programs at Minmahaw and BHSOH, EFF fosters academic learning, personal growth, and community building to empower young people for brighter futures.
The Student Well-being Officer will provide one-on-one and small group counseling to support students’ emotional, mental, and social well-being. The role focuses on helping students build self-awareness, resilience, and self-esteem, while addressing challenges such as stress, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Working closely with program staff, the officer ensures students receive compassionate care and access to resources that promote both academic and personal success.
