Job Overview

The Young Professionals Programme offers students and recent graduates hands-on experience in the development and humanitarian sector. Participants will work alongside UNICEF professionals to gain practical skills, contribute to real projects, and support initiatives that promote children’s rights in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Support public advocacy campaigns through idea generation, coordination, partnership outreach, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Assist in creating and publishing digital content for UNICEF platforms (social media, website, stories).
  • Manage community engagement activities for the “I Am UNICEF” volunteer platform.
  • Help organize and document volunteer or youth events, including administrative tasks.
  • Support knowledge management by maintaining archives and assisting with learning sessions.

Qualification

  • Enrolled university student (third year or above) or recent graduate in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in Thai and English.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media.
  • Demonstrated interest in children’s rights, development, or humanitarian work.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
