The Institute of HIV Research and Innovation (IHRI) is a leading non-profit organization committed to advancing HIV prevention and addressing other health challenges through research, innovation, education, and training. Assists with clinical research project execution, focusing on participant care, protocol compliance, and accurate data collection. Works under the supervision of the Research Nurse Supervisor to support study implementation and ensure participant safety.
Responsibilities
Conduct participant recruitment and medical assessments
Administer medications and monitor side effects
Document study data accurately
Educate participants on treatments and procedures
Support study product preparation and administration
Collaborate with research and clinical teams
Attend relevant meetings and contribute to joint projects
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Minimum 3 years of clinical or research experience
Valid RN license and GCP/HSP certification
Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and key population health issues
Strong interpersonal and data handling skills
Proficiency with clinical software and Microsoft Office
